EventManager – Management Software for Tour Operators

With growing business volume, AB SportEvent reached the limits of its previous administration. Bookings, payments, and capacities for buses, hotels, and event tickets were maintained in separate spreadsheets. Manual reconciliation was time-consuming and error-prone. A central solution was needed to consolidate all processes.

Since then, the EventManager consolidates all business operations: booking management with participant data and add-on options, invoicing with payment tracking and dunning, real-time overview of available capacities, and post-calculation per event. The software is continuously adapted to new requirements.
