Development of a comprehensive software module within the Schleupen.CS platform — the industry standard for German municipal utilities and energy providers, used by over 25% of all German municipal utilities. The module enables complete recording, management, and billing of renewable energies in accordance with the German Renewable Energy Sources Act (EEG).

At its core is the automated billing of decentralized generation facilities — from solar power plants to wind farms to biomass and hydropower installations. The software maps the complex legal framework of the EEG, including different remuneration models based on installation type, commissioning date, and capacity class. Configurable workflows enable adaptation to individual requirements of different municipal utilities.

The platform allows municipal utilities to efficiently manage captured data, automate billing processes, and maintain an overview of their renewable energy sources. Integration into the existing Schleupen.CS infrastructure with C#/.NET and MSSQL ensures seamless compatibility with existing business processes of energy providers.

The software is designed to be flexible and scalable to accommodate the constantly evolving regulatory requirements of the energy transition.
