Working closely with customers in the automotive industry, we have developed customised AI systems for predictive maintenance in the casting process. A key aspect of our service was the careful preparation and analysis of customer and image data to enable accurate predictions. By implementing advanced data pre-processing techniques, we ensured that the AI models were trained on high quality data, further improving the accuracy and reliability of the predictions. Our expertise covered the entire process chain, from design to implementation and validation of the AI models. We paid particular attention to optimising the runtime to ensure efficient integration into the customer's production process.
