Our project focuses on developing standardized examination processes together with the German Chambers of Industry and Commerce (IHKs). These processes were developed in close cooperation to ensure that they meet the requirements of the IHKs and enable audits to be carried out efficiently. Our contribution was to actively help develop these processes, using our expertise and experience to create practical and well-structured procedures.
A central aspect of our involvement was the implementation of these standardized audit processes in a practicable system. We developed a customized system that implements the processes using a generic rule engine. This engine offers the CCIs the opportunity to flexibly adapt the processes and integrate their individual requirements. By using state-of-the-art technologies and proven methodologies, we have created a robust system that enables efficient management and execution of the inspections.
Our goal was to provide CCIs with a tool that helps them manage complex examination processes while ensuring the quality and fairness of examinations. Through our co-development of the examination processes and the development of the implementing system, we have helped to improve efficiency and transparency in the area of examination processing.
