The project focused on developing standardized examination processes in collaboration with the German Chambers of Industry and Commerce (CCIs / IHKs). The goal was to enable efficient audits while ensuring quality and fairness. Our role included actively co-developing practical and well-structured procedures using our expertise and experience.
A key part of our work was implementing these processes in a functional system. We developed a customized solution using a generic rule engine, allowing the CCIs to flexibly adapt the processes and integrate individual requirements. By applying modern technologies and proven methodologies, we created a robust system that enables efficient management and execution of audits.
