CosHive: Community Platform & Marketplace for Cosplayers in the DACH Region
As Technical Lead at CosHive, I'm responsible for the technical architecture and implementation of our cosplay community and marketplace platform. I make technology decisions, design the cloud infrastructure on GCP, and define standards for
code quality, CI/CD pipelines, and development processes. Beyond technical leadership, I also carry out a large portion of the implementation myself, working hands-on across the entire stack — from database design and backend APIs to
infrastructure-as-code and frontend development. My key focus areas include platform modernization, establishing development standards for the team, and building and operating a scalable, secure deployment pipeline.
