The goal of the project is to efficiently organize and optimize administrative processes in the back office, particularly in the areas of preparatory accounting, personnel planning, and billing. The project includes the following key requirements:

Accounting: Recording and maintaining financial data, supporting the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, and ensuring correct and transparent documentation of all relevant transactions.

Personnel Planning: Planning and managing human resources, including creating work schedules, vacation and leave management, and ensuring efficient personnel allocation.

Billing: Reviewing billing processes, including the verification of payroll and salary statements, as well as invoicing clients or partners.

Automation and Process Optimization: Identifying and implementing automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce errors. This includes the introduction of digital tools and software solutions to automate recurring tasks and optimize overall workflows.

The project requires close collaboration with various stakeholders, high accuracy, and a strong understanding of administrative processes. The goal is to optimize processes in the long term, minimize workloads, and achieve greater transparency and accuracy in the execution of administrative tasks.
