Key Tasks:
- Accounting: Maintaining financial data, supporting monthly and annual financial statements, and ensuring transparent documentation of all relevant transactions.
- Personnel Planning: Creating work schedules, managing vacations and absences, and ensuring efficient personnel allocation.
- Billing: Reviewing payroll and salary statements and invoicing clients or partners.
- Automation & Process Optimization: Identifying automation opportunities, implementing digital tools to increase efficiency, and optimizing recurring tasks.
