Digitalization of event operations at Prof. Paul Gerson Unna Akademie e.V. (medical CME training): built structured workflows for event planning, budgeting and post-event analysis, AI-assisted automation of evaluations, presentations and financial reporting with budget-vs-actuals reconciliation. Designed a central application to replace distributed Excel processes.

Development of the IDENTIC Workspace, the eGbR's internal operating system: time tracking with GitHub reconciliation, task, client, contract and project management, shareholder billing with DATEV integration, governance workflows (resolutions, meetings) and an audit-proof trail — built AI-assisted with Claude Code on Google Cloud (Cloud Run, PostgreSQL), including an integrated AI assistant. Replaced external SaaS solutions such as Agicap.

Responsible for all HR and finance processes at pflege.leicht: preparatory accounting, personnel planning, and shift scheduling using Shyftplan. Continuous process optimization through automation using Lexoffice and Google Workspace — increasing efficiency and accuracy while freeing up capacity for strategic tasks. Since 2024, ongoing support at a reduced scope.

Development and market launch of the Flystopper — an innovative insect protection jacket under the in-house brand FUNC. End-to-end responsibility: producer selection, prototype optimization based on customer feedback, and setup of a user-friendly webshop using Shopify.

Coordination of all business processes for the FERNGLAS brand — from production through marketing to sales. Development of process standards to maximize efficiency and quality, including management of external partners across the entire supply chain.

Preparation of monthly and quarterly reports for real estate investors based on detailed financial analysis. Development of a custom reporting tool using Google Sheets and Google Slides for efficient financial data processing and professional presentation to stakeholders.
