Brand and product development of an innovative insect repellent jacket
In my project at FUNC, I played a key role in the development and launch of the Flystopper, an innovative insect protection jacket. From conception to implementation, my focus was on merging functionality with aesthetic design. I coordinated the selection of producers, optimized the prototype based on customer feedback, and supported the market launch through targeted marketing and the creation of a user-friendly webshop using Shopify.
Comprehensive backoffice management tailored to individual corporate structures
In this project, I played a crucial role in implementing a detailed back-office management system to meet the demanding requirements of controlling this company structure. This involved precisely managing finances on an individual level, tracking available funds from the projects in real-time, and implementing an automated preparatory accounting system.
Brand and product development of digital food startup
The coordination of business processes within the FERNGLAS brand involved overseeing and managing all operations from production through marketing to sales. I developed processes and standards to maximize efficiency and quality and communicated with external partners to ensure the brand's long-term success.
Reporting and financial analysis for real estate investors
In this project, I generated monthly and quarterly reports for the stakeholders. This was based on a thorough analysis of the initial situation, followed by the development of a reporting tool using Google Sheets and Google Slides.

At pflege.leicht, I am responsible for back-office management, including preparatory accounting, personnel planning, and billing. Over the years, I have continuously developed these processes and optimized them through automation to increase efficiency and accuracy. This has allowed me to ensure smooth administrative workflows while freeing up time resources for more strategic tasks.
