This project focused on building the IDENTIC Workspace — an internal operating system for a multi-shareholder company structure. The challenge: replacing distributed tools and manual processes for time tracking, billing, project management and shareholder governance with one central, self-operated application — without depending on external SaaS tools.
The Workspace covers the entire operational core: time tracking with automatic GitHub commit reconciliation, tasks with recurring series, client, contract and project management, shareholder billing with DATEV import and auto-matching, participation points, capacity planning, and resolution and meeting workflows according to the partnership agreement — including an audit-proof trail and an integrated AI assistant. It was built AI-assisted with Claude Code on Google Cloud infrastructure (Cloud Run, PostgreSQL), replacing external solutions such as Agicap.
Special attention was given to the financial side: real-time tracking of project funds, shareholder settlement and cash flow management, ensuring each shareholder has the necessary resources available at all times. In addition, automated preparatory accounting via DATEV Unternehmen Online ensures smooth financial processes and seamless handover to the tax advisor.
