This project focused on developing a comprehensive backoffice management system tailored to individual corporate structures. The main challenge was the precise allocation of financial resources to each shareholder based on the revenues of their respective projects.
A detailed backoffice system was implemented, enabling precise financial administration at an individual level. It provides a clear overview of each shareholder’s financial position and allows real-time tracking of funds generated by their projects.
Special attention was given to cash flow planning to ensure that each shareholder has the necessary financial resources available at all times. In addition, an automated preparatory accounting system was introduced to ensure smooth financial processes and seamless transmission of required data to the tax advisor.
