von Broich is a premium CGI and 3D visualization studio focused on the automotive industry, serving manufacturers such as BMW and Audi. This project involved the conception and development of the company's first website – from technical architecture to final implementation.
The core technical challenge was the performant integration of high-resolution video content. The studio's renderings needed to be not just displayed, but experienced through scroll-driven interaction. Large video files had to load instantly and play smoothly – even in full-screen mode.
Implementation was done using Next.js and Sanity CMS. Through optimized video streaming, lazy loading, and a performance-focused architecture, content is delivered with near-zero latency. Scroll-based video interactions enable an immersive presentation of the CGI work.
