CosHive: community platform and marketplace for cosplayers in the DACH region, founded from personal passion and led end-to-end, from idea and concept to launch. Full-stack delivery with React, Tailwind CSS and Shadcn for the web app (live) plus React Native for native iOS and Android apps (currently in development), both connected to Supabase for database, OAuth authentication, real-time chat, and Edge Functions. Infrastructure fully on Google Cloud (Cloud Run, Cloud Build) with automated deployments via branch strategy and release tags. Integration of Bunny CDN for image optimization, Resend for transactional email, and web push notifications. AI-assisted development setup with Claude Code for productivity in solo delivery. Sole responsibility for marketing, content strategy, and community building on Instagram.

Modernization of a profit-optimized gas storage platform in energy trading: full UI redesign aligned with corporate identity and development of new features on a modernized Angular codebase with TypeScript, RxJS, and NgRx. AG Grid for high-performance rendering of large trading datasets. As Technical Advisor, co-shaped the frontend architecture and provided structural recommendations to the team. Comprehensive test coverage using Jasmine and Karma (unit) plus Playwright and Cypress (end-to-end). Contributed to data-model adjustments and historical data migration, including targeted tweaks to the .NET/C# backend and PostgreSQL data models where cross-stack alignment was required. Interface security via Microsoft Entra ID. Delivery through Azure DevOps pipelines with Terraform-automated infrastructure, complemented by AI-assisted development using GitHub Copilot. Close collaboration with an international team in English.

Long-term contribution to an Angular-based platform for gas portfolio management in long-term trading. During the core phase from February 2021 to July 2023, actively involved as a Senior Frontend Engineer in the evolution of the trading platform: own design proposal for the revised UI, which was adopted by the client, along with independent definition of the frontend architecture and module structure. Design and implementation of new features using Angular, TypeScript, RxJS and NgRx, development of reusable components, integration of complex data grids with AG Grid, and test coverage with Jasmine/Karma plus end-to-end testing via Playwright and Cypress. From August 2023 onwards, ongoing support in parallel with the RWE gas storage project: targeted advisory, code reviews and selective adjustments through the final project conclusion end of 2025. Authentication via Entra ID, development and delivery via Azure DevOps in an international, English-speaking team.

Parallel involvement in a full-stack re-implementation of the master data management system for a urology practice, working alongside the IDENTIC team and the client. Contribution to architectural planning as well as end-to-end development across the stack: Angular with RxJS, NgRx, Material UI and SCSS on the frontend, Node.js with MongoDB on the backend, deployed on Google Cloud. Focus on building structured data management pages as the core of the application, covering practice master data as well as resource and scheduling configuration. The data managed related to operational practice information, not patient data or special categories of personal data under GDPR.

Parallel contribution to the e-commerce platform Geschenkzeitung.de (2M+ products, around 20,000 orders per year): development and extension of features across frontend and backend within the Angular PWA, working within the IDENTIC team alongside the client. Implementation of a core DHL shipping integration for automated shipping-label handling and status feedback, along with integration with the existing inventory management system to optimize order processing and reduce manual errors. Frontend technology stack: Angular with NgRx for state management, TypeScript and SCSS. Complemented by selective feature development across various areas of the platform throughout the engagement.

Build-out and evolution of a full-stack e-commerce platform for a digital food startup within the IDENTIC partner team, as the main project throughout the engagement period. Implementation of both the customer-facing storefront as an Angular PWA with NgRx, RxJS and Sass, and the internal inventory management system. Backend on Node.js/Express with MongoDB, deployed via Google Cloud Run. Development of features across the entire process chain: voucher logic, newsletter integration, automated shipping label generation and shipment tracking, connected to order and payment processing. On top of that, consideration of product-specific requirements around shelf life, batch handling and best-before date management in inventory and shipping logic.
