The Beginning
In 2008, we organized bus trips to football matches – travel, hotel, and stadium visit as complete packages. Bookings came by phone and email. Back then, we had no real website, just a simple page with our contact details. Interested parties had to call to find out which trips we offer.

A professional website would make the offering visible – all trips at a glance, with photos from past events. No online booking yet, but a contact form for inquiries.

First Web Presence
Creation of a company website with clear trip presentation, photo galleries of past events, and contact form. Interested parties could now independently browse offerings without having to call.

Growing Requirements
The website brought us more inquiries. Over time, we offered more and more trips – sometimes 30 in parallel. Administration became more demanding: Who has paid? Which bus is fully booked? How many rooms are still available? We maintained everything in separate spreadsheets.

EventManager
Introduction of central management software for the tour operator business. Bookings, payments, capacities for buses, hotels and tickets, and post-calculations have since been managed in one system. The software is continuously adapted to new requirements.

More Trips, Same Effort
With the EventManager, we can now manage over 50 trips in parallel without additional staff. Our offering has changed over the years – today we mainly organize trips to cultural events like André Rieu concerts. But the 2008 website was no longer up to date and barely usable on smartphones.

New Website
Complete website redesign after 14 years. The new presence is modern, works on all devices, and presents the current offering with focus on cultural trips. Booking inquiries continue via phone or email.

The Next Step
The new website works well. But we notice that our customers increasingly want to book online. Other providers already have this. Currently, interested parties have to call or write an email – that's a barrier for some.
